Welcome to Unika Floor Plans.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Unika Floor Plans’ services and website.

Any material produced by Unika Floor Plans must not be republished, duplicated, or resold without permission.
Unika Floor Plans retains the right to display completed work as part of its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been approved by both parties and work has started.
Payment is due within 15 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed.
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope and response times.
Floor plans created from walkthrough videos or visual references may include approximate measurements unless dimensioned architectural plans are provided.
