Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come on site for surveying?
No, we don’t visit the property. You can simply send us your existing floor plan or a short house tour video, and we create the plans remotely with reliable accuracy.

What types of documents do you accept?
Blueprints, sketches, virtual tour links or a video walkthrough taken with a smartphone.
Should I include measurements?
No, you don't have to include measurements unless you want us to include room dimensions. If you're sending PDFs, we already have dimensions. For house tour videos, measurements are needed only if you want room dimensions included.

When I request a quote, does it mean I give an order?
No, requesting a quote doesn’t mean you’ve placed an order. Once you fill out the form, we’ll send you an email with a quote. Your order is taken only after you reply with approval.

How do I make the payment?
We’ll upload watermarked plans to Google Drive and share a link to the folder along with a payment link through Stripe. Once the payment is made, we’ll upload the final plans without the watermark to the project folder.

Do I need to supply any documents for the Site Plan?
No, documents are usually not required for the site plan. We’ll reach out if further information is needed.​

Can I request revisions?
Yes, of course. You can request up to two revisions, including room name changes, small additions, or similar updates.​
